Finance Lead – Permanent – up to €70,000 plus 30 days annual leave

Location : Blanchardstown / Hybrid

Are you ready to take the join a high-impact finance team. We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Snr Finance Accountant to take responsibility for the financial side of our Irish business — including balance sheet integrity, audits, tax, treasury, and team leadership of one experienced assistant accountant.

This is a key position, offering full accountability for the accuracy and performance of financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management.

Responsibilities

Leading the monthly and year-end close process, delivering accurate management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Overseeing statutory accounts and acting as primary liaison for external audits
Producing quarterly Board packs with insightful analysis and commentary
Managing cash flow, loans, securitisation reporting, and treasury operations
Overseeing all Irish tax obligations including VAT, payroll tax, and corporation tax
Managing accounts payable, and receivable processes
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit reviews
Motivating and mentoring a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Bring

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with 3+ years PQE in industry
Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial awareness
Knowledge in financial reporting standards
Experience managing audits and working with external advisors
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead with confidence
Passion for continuous improvement and team development

Remuneration

Up to €70,000 plus pension, health cover, bonus & 30 days annual leave
