Position Info:

· Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

· 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

1. Oversee and direct the sales team
2. Handle inventory and order products
3. Generate sales and merchandising reports
4. Delegate responsibilities and create employee work schedules
5. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and other concerns
6. Assist in hiring, training, and assessing new sales team members
7. Ensure the store meets visual standards, including displays and cleanliness
8. May take on managerial duties such as key holding
9. May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
