Slalom is hiring a Snowflake Architect for our Snowflake Center of Excellence. You will lead a pod to design holistic data solutions on Snowflake, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver scalable data platforms.
You will work across AWS/Azure/GCP, maintain Snowflake certifications, and partner with data leaders to drive sales and delivery excellence. The role includes a hybrid in-office arrangement.

The Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE) is focused on building, developing, and delivering holistic data solutions leveraging Snowflake and its evolving data platform. Snowflake’s product roadmap has expanded to meet a wider range of customer needs and is a major player in the data ecosystem that is well‑positioned for continued growth and strategic alignment with our work.
The Snowflake CoE is comprised of passionate technologists committed to refining and mastering their craft. As an Architect for the Snowflake CoE you will be expected to:
As an Architect in the Snowflake CoE capability, you will bring a curious mindset to your client’s engagement, a thirst for knowledge, and a hunger for fearless experimentation in new and interesting ways to meet our clients’ most pressing data challenges. You will have an insatiable need to become the best at what you do and will have opportunities to gain hands‑on experience with new tools, features, and platforms as you explore the range of technologies that we help our clients with.
We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $100,000 to $144,000. In addition, there is potential for a 10% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
