SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership (SRG) is recruiting Snowcat Operators to support winter construction projects in Northern Alberta. The role involves building and maintaining frost roads, winter access routes and work areas, with a focus on safety and efficiency in challenging terrain.

• Previous Snowcat operating experience in construction, oilfield, winter access or similar environments.
• Experience with frost road construction and winter access.
• Ability to work in remote winter construction environments is an asset.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in changing terrain and winter conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow site procedures and direction.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Snowcat in construction, oilfield, winter access, or similar environments.
• Experience with frost road construction and winter access.
• Experience working in remote winter construction environments is an asset.

• Ability to work effectively as part of an established crew.
