A luxury resort hotel in Whistler seeks a Snow Removal Lead Hand for the winter season. The role includes supervising a team and operating snow removal machinery. Responsibilities encompass maintaining walkways and hotel entrances. Candidates should have experience with snow removal equipment and possess a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License. Snow Removal - Lead Hand
Our Snow Removal Team is a vital part of our winter operation, ensuring the hotel is in great shape despite the heavy snowfall Whistler receives in the winter. Our Lead Hand position will act as Shift Supervisor, with additional responsibilities focusing around operation of machinery.
This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in November 2025, and ending in March 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $23.30 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.95.
