PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent SMT Operator for third shift operations (11:30 pm - 8:00 am).

***This position offers a $1.50 per hour shift differential for third shift hours.***


Responsibilities

The SMT Operator will operate and monitor SMT equipment, including stencil printers, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, solder paste and AOI units, and X-Ray equipment.

  • Operate pick and place units such as Panasonic AM, BM, and NPG equipment.
  • Operate X-Ray and AOI equipment as needed.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain SMT stencil printers.
  • Perform visual inspection of printed solder paste, recognizing water-soluble and no-clean solder pastes.
  • Set up and operate Heller reflow ovens.
  • Clean SMT printers and stencils.
  • Set up feeders for SMT lines.
  • Troubleshoot SMT equipment issues.
  • Uphold the company's core values: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Follow the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required; training provided.
  • Attention to detail, good dexterity, and eye coordination for attaching flex PCBs onto pallets.
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
