PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent SMT Operator to support second shift operations (4:00 pm - 12:30 am).
Must be able to train on first shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm) for approximately 2-4 weeks before moving onto second shift.
***This position offers a $0.75 per hour shift differential for second shift hours of operation (4:00 pm - 12:30 am).***
The SMT Operator will operate and monitor SMT equipment, including automated and semi-automated stencil printers, pick and place equipment, reflow ovens, solder paste and AOI units, and X-Ray equipment. This person should be knowledgeable on solder paste handling and paste types, as well as have knowledge of lead-free RoHS assembly concepts.
