Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during peak grocery hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Some experience in the craft of butchery or smoking meat is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing recipe ingredients for smoked products (bacon, jerky, pepperoni, sausage, etc.)
• Assist in the mixing, stuffing, hanging, smoking, and cooling of products
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Package smoked products for display
• Interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Position Type: Full-time or Part-Time
• Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour
