Position Info:

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $23.50~$26.50/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 2190 Island Highway S., Campbell River, BC V9W 1C1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise and coordinate sales staff
2. Appoint sales workers to the duties and prepare work schedules
3. Ensure that the visual standards of the store are maintained
4. Retain the specified inventory and order merchandise
5. Resolve issues, including customer requests or complaints
6. Authorize payment and the return of merchandise
7. Participate in the hiring and training of new staff
8. Oversee and report on staff performance
9. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
10. May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
