We are seeking a SmartCOMM Developer with strong experience in Smart Communications development, document composition, print workflows, spool/output processing and JavaScript.This role will design and maintain SmartCOMM templates, data models, shared content, and output configurations to support high‑volume print and digital communications.
The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with SmartCOMM Advanced Template Designer, Business Content Studio, data mapping, XML/XSD, batch configurations, print output generation, spool files, and integration with enterprise systems such as Guidewire. Experience with insurance communications, print/mail operations, and archival workflows is preferred.
The expected base salary range for this position is $64,500 - $114,500.
Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary. You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutual’s discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
