Department Purpose/Function: Ensure superior customer service for all equipment by efficiently operating mechanical services in accordance with company standards, programs, and procedures.

Job Summary: Field service technician responsible for repairing floor cleaning equipment and maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform onsite repairs of floor cleaning equipment.
2. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
3. Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle.
4. Resolve work problems and suggest measures to improve productivity.
5. Observe safety standards at all times.
6. Work a 40-hour week.
