SKY Dental Ceramic Ltd. is seeking F/T Dental Laboratory Assistants

• NOC Job Code/Title: 33100 - Dental Laboratory Assistant

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Prepare plaster models and moulds using dental impressions
2. Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays
3. Pour and shape gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
4. Fill moulds with plastic material to create full or partial dentures
5. Shape wax over denture setup to create natural gum contours
6. Craft orthodontic bands from various metals such as gold, silver, or stainless steel
7. Finalize metal framework of dentures, and polish and buff them to achieve a natural finish

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of related experience are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
