Aesop Toronto Eaton Centre is seeking a part-time Retail Consultant to engage customers, guide product selection, and welcome guests into our space with an inclusive, attentive approach. You will demonstrate products, listen to client needs, and contribute to delivering an exceptional in-store experience that supports our commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment.
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Ability to consistently introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations.
• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
• Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)
• Successful applicants will be available for at least 3 full days, including weekends. Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail
