This is an exciting opportunity to join our team within the Magna School of Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship. We are currently seeking a Skilled Trades Technologist – Welding who will advise students in our welding shop classes, through assistance and demonstration, in the practical application of course theory.
They are responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical and welding equipment and providing advice and recommendations to administration and faculty members regarding equipment, consumables and special projects. This position is an integral member of the decision-making team to assist with the planning of curriculum development.
