Join Our Team as a Skilled Trades & Maintenance Professional!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working on a variety of machinery, heavy equipment or construction projects? If so, we would love to connect! We're always looking for a versatile Skilled Trades & Maintenance Professionals to join our team.

Hours: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available.

Hourly rate: $25-$38 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, heavy equipment, and facilities.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Construction Projects: Assist in construction projects, including site preparation, equipment operation, and installation tasks.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain heavy equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects and tasks.

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience: Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or heavy equipment operation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Heavy Equipment Skills: Experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in skilled trades are a plus.
