Position: Skilled Operator (Moncton)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and computer systems to meet production targets
  • Ensure quality standards and proper documentation for Food Safety
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Engage in continuous learning
  • Uphold standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and proficiency in English (reading and writing)
  • Manufacturing or farming knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Role Expectations:

  • Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 25 kilograms regularly
  • Full-time position with a 2-week rotation shift: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am
