Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore recherche un individu motivé pour participer à des services d'urgence dans la restauration après sinistre. Le candidat idéal travaillerait bien sous pression, effectuerait des tâches variées notamment le démantèlement et l'aménagement d'outils, tout en maintenant la sécurité et la qualité du service pour les clients. Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine et un diplôme de secondaire sont requis.

Qualifications

• Expérience préalable dans l'industrie de la restauration est un atout.
• Titres IICRC, en particulier le ticket de technicien en eau sont favorisés.
• Doit détenir un permis de conduire de classe 5.

Responsibilities

• Exécuter des démos sur des propriétés.
• Responsable de la sécurité sur le site de travail.
• Rapporter l'avancement des travaux au chef de projet.

Job description

At ServiceMaster we perform emergency services 24 / 7 for personal and commercial properties that have been affected by flooding, fires, mold, traumas, sewer back ups etc. We also take pride in our rebuilds and getting the Homeowner or Insured back in to their property in a timely manner.Job Duties : - Perform demos on properties.- Heavy lifting, must be able to lift 50lbs.- Use and operate a variety of tools. Basic carpentry skills and Knowledge of tools.- Clean and Maintain vehicles inside and out.- Responsible for safety at each work site & follow Occupational Health and Safety Codes and company policies.- Report job progress to Project Manager and follow up with pictures, paper work and job forms.- Take water readings and perform duties required for each job scope. Assess the scope of the job and set up required equipment.- Must have a class 5 drivers license, clean criminal check and must be bondable.

• Must be able to work an “on call” rotation and available evenings and weekends.- Must be a pleasant and happy individual that will work well with homeowners and our ServiceMaster team to get the job done! Must take pride in your work and have excellent people skills. Strong leadership and communication skills required. Must ”think ahead” and remain calm in times of stress. Ensure the client is receiving the highest quality of service.

Previous experience in the restoration industry and a IICRC tickets, specifically Water Technician ticket are an asset.Education required- High School Diploma.
