$31.80/hour as per Schedule “A”

Hours of Work:

As per CA.

Starting Date:

As soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform manual labour duties across various crews (asphalt, concrete, sewer, traffic control, waste management, winter control, etc.). Responsibilities include operating equipment, setting up traffic controls, performing repairs, and assisting with maintenance tasks. Specific duties are detailed and involve heavy physical work, operating machinery, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Grade 10 or relevant experience.
  • Valid Class “DZ” Driver’s License and good driving record.
  • Standard First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience with heavy equipment is an asset.
  • Training with MTO Book 7 and knowledge of health and safety legislation is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Subject to weather conditions.
  • Heavy lifting and dirty conditions.
  • Shift work and overtime may be required.
