Job summary

Natt Group is seeking Skilled Labourers to join our team on an as-needed basis in Northwestern Ontario. You will perform physically demanding general labour tasks, support on site, and assist with installations and repairs across diverse industrial environments.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork. A valid G driver's license, the ability to work long shifts, and outdoor work in all weather are required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Physically capable of demanding manual labour.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safety-focused with strong reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding general labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and site support.
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and housekeeping.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed.
• Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditions
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping duties
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed
• Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
• Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions - rain, shine, snow, etc.
