Job description

Join our team as a Skilled Laborer on an exciting renovation project in Richmond. This 8+ month project involves working alongside carpenters, performing site clean-up, using hand and power tools, back framing, building bulkheads, cutting wood, and caulking.

Responsibilities

• Perform clean-up around the renovation site.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
• Assist carpenters with various tasks including back framing and building bulkheads.
• Cut wood and apply caulking as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and project guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter's helper.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to obtain government record clearance.
• Experience in commercial or residential construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Possession of a car is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
