Position Overview
At BELFOR, the Skilled Labourer plays a vital role in supporting construction and restoration projects by performing a diverse range of tasks. This includes executing light to medium repairs, demolition, general cleaning, and assisting tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
Highschool Diploma/GED;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite;
Understanding of customer service principles and practices;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a diversified workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work independently or as a team, as required;
Attention to detail and a keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information; and
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR's safety standards.

Working Conditions
Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours;
Perform tasks requiring mobility in tight or confined spaces, sustained physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling), and working at heights over 5 feet as required; and
Periodic travel may be required.
