Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for executing quality carpentry work on construction projects. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized job site, while bringing a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every task.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all health and safety protocols, including site-specific procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
• Check personal tools and safety gear daily to ensure functionality and compliance
• Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time

• Perform framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry on restoration and construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Safely operate hand and power tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Collaborate with project managers, trades, and other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience is required
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and working in various conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions closely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation and app-based tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Valid driver’s license
