Our client, a rapidly growing transportation company in Brampton, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Skid Checker to join their team. If you have a background in shipping and receiving, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Tasks
  • Inspect and verify the accuracy of skids and pallets for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Count, sort, and organize products on skids to ensure they match shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Communicate with the shipping and receiving team to resolve discrepancies in shipments.
  • Ensure all skids are properly labeled and documented for shipment.
  • Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Perform routine checks on skids for quality control and report any issues.
  • Execute additional tasks related to the position as required.
