Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Ski Technician, Ski Butler Rental Delivery, to help deliver and set up rental equipment and provide friendly guest service on and off the slopes. You will deliver equipment to guest accommodations, assist with fittings, and coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless mountain experience.

This seasonal, outdoor role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and comfort working in varying weather conditions at Ontario's Blue Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rental equipment directly to guest accommodations and designated locations across the resort.
• Assist guests with rental equipment setup, fitting, and basic equipment support.
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
• Transport, organize, and maintain ski and snowboard equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Support daily rental and valet operations while helping maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Communicate with guests and team members to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
• Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and presented to Blue Mountain standards.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, collaboration, and exceptional guest experiences.
