Run a store like it's your own. Base pay + performance bonuses. We're looking for a sales-driven operator who wants to own every number in their store — revenue, team development, customer experience. Strong performers earn bonuses through our performance program tied to average ticket values.

THE ROLE

Hands-on leadership. You're on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and running daily operations.
