Job description

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100/500/1000 and other companies in Canada/US.

We are currently hiring for a Siteminder IAM Expert for our Fortune 500 consulting client.

Role: Siteminder IAM Expert

Location: Hybrid - Mirabel, QC (3 days onsite)

Rate: $75-80/hr CAD C2C

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months + multiple long term extensions

End Client: Aerospace

Project Environment Description:
  1. IAM access infrastructure management allowing access to applications for all users of the group.
  2. Environment management by guaranteeing the availability and performance of the bundle applications.
  3. Ensure real-time monitoring of systems using the supervision tools implemented on the client and Capgemini side.
  4. Manage the relationship with the client regarding technical topics identified as being in the scope of the bundle.
  5. Manage the relationship with users during incident management (qualification, resolution, information).
  6. Ensure the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of applications on the different environments (INT if present/VAL/PROD).
  7. Participate in the maintenance of production and operating documentation (validation, drafting of simplified operating procedures, update requests).
  8. Monitoring and processing of incidents and implementation and support requests.
  9. Help with problem solving.
  10. Support during crises/Major incidents by following the MIM IAM process, within the limits of the IAM Access technical scope.
  11. Participation in daily meetings and sharing of activities.
  12. Sharing knowledge with members of the team.
On-call Requirements:

On-call evening (6pm/8am) and full weekends shared according to the needs of the service, on a voluntary basis, which may result in travel to the customer site, within the technical scope of the contract.
