A local educational institution in Peterborough is seeking an Apprentice Site Technician to join their Facilities team. Responsibilities include maintaining the security and cleanliness of the Academy building. This fixed-term role offers apprenticeship training opportunities in facilities services and management. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and teamwork skills. The position operates on a shift rotation, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm. Apply by August 17, 2025.
Required for September 2025, we are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Site Technician to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will ensure the security, care, and availability of the Academy building, furniture, fittings, and equipment, maintaining a satisfactory physical environment. The role is varied, and the candidate will contribute to the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the site. Strong communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail are essential.
The successful candidate will work on a shift rotation Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm. The contract is fixed-term for the duration of the apprenticeship.
We will support the candidate to complete either a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship or a Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor apprenticeship, depending on experience, which will be discussed at interview.
