Job summary

North Central Co-op in Edmonton, Alberta is hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor for the St. Albert Trail Gas Bar/C-store. The successful candidate must be transferable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts to support the Management team.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, guiding Gas Bar Attendants, and maintaining operations in the Site Manager's absence. Adaptability to outdoor work in inclement weather and a strong sense of integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
• Familiar with CRS and willing to develop.
• Familiar with customer service and working outside in inclement weather.
• Honest and trustworthy; results-oriented.
• Believes in building relationships and collaborating to meet objectives.

Full-time with benefits Site Supervisor to join our Consumer Fuels team at our St. Albert Trail Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate must be transferrable, flexible and available for opening/closing shifts with the ability to support the Management team.

What you'll do:

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service. Responsible for providing support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar. Responsible for maintaining operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
