Qualifications

• Environ 10 ans d'expérience en supervision de site.
• Maîtrise de REVIT pour naviguer dans les modèles de manière autonome.

Job Description

As part of a high-profile project, we are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our passionate team.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Ensure site work compliance with contractual documents;
• Review shop drawings;
• Manage correspondence related to construction work;
• Provide recommendations for the issuance of provisional and final acceptance notices.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

• Diploma of Collegial Studies or Bachelor’s degree in architecture;
• Approximately 10 years of experience in site supervision;
• Experience with institutional projects and interior fit-outs;
• Proficiency in REVIT to navigate models independently;
• Knowledge of BIM software (an asset);
• Rigor and professionalism;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making;
• Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving;
• Willingness to be on-site five days per week;
• Fluency in French, with proficiency in English (an asset);
• Ability to manage workload within tight deadlines.
