  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and mentorship skills

  • Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License and a clean driver’s abstract for over 5 years
  • Reliable transportation; vehicle and communication assets provided during shifts
  • Successful completion of a clean Criminal Record Check and background check
  • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week in Saskatchewan
  • Ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Regina bylaws is an asset
  • 3-5 years experience dealing with the public

  • Reliability and willingness to work extra shifts if needed

  • Emergency First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, Dealing with Difficult People training (to be completed within two months of hire)
  • Ministry of Corrections and Policing forty (40) hour Private Investigators and Security Guard course (asset)
  • Pass CSC1 and CSC2 courses within the first year
