Job Description:
- Provide Site Supervision to site as assigned by the Client Project Manager.
- Direct site construction activities in accordance with schedule, specifications and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Client Site Safety program and policies on each site.
- Ensure proper building construction/installation methods are adhered to.
- Conduct or attend (if Forepersons are leading) the weekly tool box safety meetings.
- Meet weekly with Forepersons to review schedule and labour impacts and adjust to maintain schedule.
- Supervise sub-contractors; organize labour and equipment requirements based on 3 week look-out on schedule.
- Assist the Client PM to monitor and manage site schedule of activities to key milestones.
- Identify and recommend change orders.
- Attend regular on-site construction meetings; generate regular status update reports using Client template.
- Interface with Owner’s representatives as required and communicate to Client PM.
- Receive materials on site and ensure proper paper flow with Client home office.
- Other duties as assigned by the JCI Project Manager.
