Site Supervisor – High Rise Residential

Are you a Site Supervisor looking for a job with a leading builder/developer? Are you currently a High-rise Site Supervisor with experience in large-scale construction? Do you have at least 7 years of experience in mid and high-rise tower construction and at least one full cycle tower project from excavation to occupancy? Responsibilities

If you enjoy managing day-to-day operations of all projects within the scope of a Site Supervisor role, attending meetings, tracking progress, documenting milestones, ensuring completion, complying with regulations, and running a clean and safe site, then this is the job for you!

You will have the energy and drive to be the Site Management expert representing the owner throughout construction to project finish and closeout, supporting owners and maintaining control during all construction phases to occupancy. You should be self-sufficient and capable of tackling daily challenges professionally. To succeed, you need the confidence to engage local trades and grow a site team to execute these challenging projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of local Ontario building codes is essential.
