You provide exceptional customer service skills and always do so with a friendly smile. You also utilize PPE and write detailed incident reports thanks to your excellent written communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Supervise security staff at industrial sites and warehouses, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Regularly patrol the facility, monitor for hazards, and ensure all entries to secure areas are authorized.
• Ensure all reports are complete and accurate, follow up on discrepancies, and escalate incidents as needed.
• Maintain safety by conducting equipment tests, audits, and documenting incidents.
• Ensure all officers have completed necessary training and site orientation.
• Monitor officer performance and behavior, applying disciplinary steps when standards are not met.
• Schedule shifts and assist with shift coverage as needed.
• Perform site patrols, desk duties, and respond to calls.
• Provide after-hours on-call support, including emergency response.
• Compile monthly statistics and participate in meetings.
• Act as a safety ambassador for the site.
• Perform other duties as required.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have at least one year of supervisory security experience or relevant education and experience.
• Can lead, plan, organize, delegate, and problem-solve effectively.
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Can deal effectively with others and work in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all situations.
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Know or are willing to learn TrackTik patrol software and Perspective reporting system.
• Hold a valid OFA 1 certification or are willing to obtain one.
