ASL is hiring a Site Supervisor – Deep Excavation.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, City Work, & Conservation projects. We are committed to providing an environment that supports professional growth, advancement, and development.

This position is field based from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct, and support on-site crews and subcontractors
• Monitor daily progress and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Complete timecards and site safety inspections
• Manage on-site resources, inventory, and equipment
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with deep excavations and working along side shoring crews
• Experience leading earthworks or site development crews
• Ability to interpret site plans and construction drawings
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
