Job Description

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
• Oversee day-to-day field activities
• Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
• Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10+ years of local Canadian construction experience (prefered) as a Site Supervisor on ICI projects, specifically Commercial, Retail renovations, additions, interior fit-outs and new builds
• Experience in completing interior fit-out projects, renovations and new builds from $500k to $10+ million in value
