Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor direct support staff
  • Create a positive work environment and ensure proper deployment of staff
  • Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns; report safety and maintenance issues
  • Implement and document clinical and behavioral support objectives
  • Oversee dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping
  • Follow protocols for communicating medical concerns
  • Maintain medication administration records and schedule medical appointments
  • Monitor budgets and finances of the persons served
  • Collect and report management information for continuous improvement
  • Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs
  • Supervise employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (exceptions per state law)
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Minimum age: 18 years
