Title: Site Superintendent for a construction company

Location: Kingston

Compensation: Base Salary: $125,000-132,500+; Variable/Bonus: $10,000-12,500+

Reporting to: President

Direct Reports: Assistant Supervisor

Matrix: 30+ (Trades/End User Staff/Subcontractors/Employees)

Mandate

• Strong support for the Health & Safety program.
• Plan, organize, lead, control, and evaluate all site activities.
• Adopt a start-to-finish mindset.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate potential future events affecting the project.
• Assess root causes of potential issues.
• Develop strategies, build attack plans, budgets, and seek support and approvals.
• Execute attack plans effectively.
• Review and coordinate delivery dates of critical materials.
• Direct foremen and tradesmen in daily site activities.

Logistics
