A leading construction company in Canada is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage daily operations at project sites. The role requires 5-10 years of supervisory experience in civil infrastructure projects and a strong command of English. Reporting directly to the General Superintendent and Project Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their project site(s). The Site Superintendent is responsible for the allocation of resources, equipment and subcontractors within their projects. They monitor and inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with contract specifications and company standards. The main objective of the Site Superintendent will be to deliver work safely, within time, within budget and to the expected level of quality.
