What You'll Do :

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for full-cycle construction projects from excavation to occupancy

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain quality and schedule adherence

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Conduct site meetings, maintain detailed project documentation, and generate progress reports

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients to solve problems proactively and keep timelines on track

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized jobsite in line with BC Building Code

Project Types :

Residential : Wood-frame or concrete towers, 4–20+ storeys, townhome and mixed-use communities

ICI : Commercial new builds, institutional, and light industrial

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of superintendent experience with reputable general contractors in Canada

Proven ability to manage full-cycle projects from mobilization to close-out

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, scheduling (MS Project or similar), and site coordination

Journeyperson (Red Seal Carpentry) or engineering background strongly preferred

Familiarity with IPD or collaborative project delivery models is an asset

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and documentation / reporting skills

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for team-building and mentorship
