We are seeking an experiencedLow-Rise Site Superintendentto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards while coordinating trades, inspections, and site operations.
Manage day-to-day construction activities for low-rise residential projects (townhomes/single-family homes).
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting to the Project Manager.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Maintain accurate site documentation (daily logs, safety reports, inspections).
Liaise with municipal inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders.
Enforce strict safety protocols and promote a hazard-free work environment.
5+ yearsof experience as a Site Superintendent inlow-rise residential construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing low rise projects.
Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, construction methods, and Tarion warranty standards.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (site travel required).
Certifications (an asset): Gold Seal, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.
