TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent for interior construction projects in the GTA, Ontario. You will oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior institutional projects, coordinating trades and schedules to deliver on time while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of site superintendent experience in institutional renovations, strong leadership and scheduling abilities, and a valid driver’s licence with ability to travel within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects.
• Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills.
• Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the West GTA region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior institutional (school) projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials to maintain project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and company standards.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain a clean, organized site.

Site Superintendent – Interior Construction

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year

Location: GTA, Ontario

A reputable General Contractor specializing in interior institutional projects is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee upcoming school renovation and fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and coordinating trades and schedules to deliver projects efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience running interior or renovation-type builds within the institutional or educational sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior institutional (school) projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials to maintain project timelines
