Base pay range

Our client is looking for an ICI Site Superintendent experienced in public sector projects for their next challenging project.

Description

• Supervise construction projects and all site operations
• Ensure quality of work and materials, uphold QA/QC standards
• Organize and supervise site staff, trades, and contractors; report progress
• Track daily manpower and maintain a project diary
• Implement and follow health and safety plans and MOL requirements
• Manage project budget in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Create, monitor, and update project schedules; provide updates to management

Profile

• 10+ years of local GTA experience in construction as an ICI Site Superintendent on multiple full-cycle projects
• Post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (MBA and M. Eng. preferred)
• Certifications such as Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid, and Supervision basics
• Thorough knowledge of designing and building large-scale multi-family projects
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings
