Join a leading construction company known for delivering high-quality multi-family residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee all phases of apartment construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain critical project timelines.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with project specifications.
• Manage on-site safety, ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are in place.
• Conduct daily site walks to oversee progress, resolve conflicts, and plan upcoming activities.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and communicate regularly with the project team regarding progress, changes, and resolutions.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure prompt resolution of deficiencies.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent role, ideally within multi-family apartment construction.
• Proficiency in construction management practices and a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Provincial Driver's License required.
