Job Description



  • Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations


  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics


  • Oversee site safety, cleanliness, and quality control


  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, scope, and codes


  • Manage abatement, demolition, and interior fit-out work


  • Work closely with the project management team and client representatives

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, preferably with a general contractor
