Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent for a leading construction services company. The Superintendent will oversee construction management, including design, budget, and schedule, working with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers, and Architects to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery on large, complex projects. The role involves leading project meetings, mentoring team members, advising senior management on potential issues, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with estimates and positive cash flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Construction-related degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent technical training and experience on large projects (Design Build, P3, Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare) and/or tenant improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to identify problems quickly, evaluate causes, develop solutions, and lead teams to success.
• Skill in managing trade relationships and maintaining project schedules.
