Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in a related construction role.
  • Experience with design-build projects is required.
  • Gold Seal Certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • OHSA certification and safety training.
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and municipal requirements.
  • Lean construction or similar methodology experience.
  • Proven success leading large-scale commercial, institutional, and high-rise projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress against the project schedule and regularly report on status;
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect among all team members.
Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years in a related role
  • Must have experience with design-builds
  • Must have a Gold Seal Certification or equivalent professional designation;
  • OHSA certification and other relevant safety training;
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and municipal requirements;
  • Lean construction or other methodology experience;
  • Proven success leading large-scale commercial, institutional, and high-rise building projects;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to foster collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools;
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on-site
