Description

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and resolve on-site challenges as they arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local regulations in Sudbury.
• Act as the primary point of contact between site activities and project management teams.
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.
