Site Superintendent – ICI New Build (Ajax)
$115,000–$140,000 + package
Full-time | New Build Commercial Office Project (~$40M)

Our client is a leading ICI construction management firm in the GTA, delivering complex commercial, institutional, industrial, and public-sector projects. Known for their collaborative approach, strong safety culture, and ability to operate in highly structured environments, they’re trusted across Ontario for technically challenging builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations from structural to finishes

• Coordinate trades and consultants, maintaining schedule and quality targets

• Enforce health and safety protocols on a highly organized, professional site

• Ensure documentation and reporting are maintained through construction software tools

• Communicate proactively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders

• Monitor site productivity and help resolve site-level challenges efficiently

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICI construction, ideally with new build commercial or institutional work

• Familiar with complex logistics, steel and concrete construction, and building envelope systems

• Strong documentation and digital proficiency (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• Professional demeanor suited to structured work environments such as energy or public-sector sites

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Compensation

• $115K–$140K base salary depending on experience
