Job summary

Bevertec is seeking an Experienced Application Manager (Site Reliability Engineer) to own day-to-day reliability and drive service availability across critical platforms.

You will implement SLAs, monitor reliability metrics, and lead incident response with a focus on automation and scalable tooling. Strong scripting and cloud knowledge are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with observability, automation, Python, and PowerShell.
• Proven experience managing high-availability production environments.
• Experience with APIs, messaging/queueing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and DataOps.
• Familiar with Agile, ITIL, COBIT, and related delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Application Manager (Site Reliability Engineer) who is responsible for day-to-day reliability
• Implement and operationalize Service Level Availability (SLAs) and related reliability metrics
• 6+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, Application Support, or Technology Service Delivery.

Experience with observability, automation, Python, and PowerShell.

• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, ITIL, and COBIT.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with architects, business analysts, DBAs, QA, and cross-functional technology teams.
