We are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This individual will lead reliability engineering efforts, improving system resiliency and performance at scale.

What You Will Do

Technical Implementation & Development

• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual intervention in operations.
• Implement monitoring and alerting strategies for infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analyses.
• Work with development teams to design resilient systems and implement SRE best practices.

Project Scope & Complexity

Who You Are

Education:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Years and Type of Experience:

• 6-8 years of work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering / Platform Engineering / DevOps role or similar.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:

• Enterprise-scale system reliability, capacity planning and performance optimization, incident resolution strategies, AI-driven reliability engineering, cross-team leadership and influence.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
